We are seeking a highly motivated HR Freelancer to join StrongBody and focus on identifying, recruiting, and developing Business Partners for our innovative platform. This role is crucial for expanding our network of qualified professionals across various industries. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing Experts: Proactively identify and engage qualified professionals by leveraging existing contacts, professional networks, and recruitment resources. Introducing the Opportunity: Clearly articulate the value proposition of StrongBody to potential partners. This includes providing detailed job descriptions, FAQ materials, and comprehensive guidance on setting up their Digital Profile Shop. Highlight key benefits such as access to international clients, our AI-powered voice translation technology, and the opportunity to earn more as independent experts through their digital store. Closing Partnerships: Guide experts through the partnership process, assisting with account registration, professional profile completion, and activation of membership plans to enable them to start offering their services. Onboarding Support: Provide initial support to new experts during their onboarding phase, ensuring they fully understand the platform's operations and how to maximize their presence. Technical support and further guidance will be provided by StrongBody's internal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting talent with opportunity.
