Becoming our HR admin is a job opportunity for high-level English speakers located in Latin America to have a stable income in $USD that allows them to provide for their families and work from home.

At Dr. Rewire we help coaches build their business to make more income, impact and inspiration in their life. We have about 25 team members (between US and International) and our Headquarters are based outside of Chicago, il usa.

This job's roles and responsibilities...
- Calculating payroll - we have primarily salary employees, but also have commission based sales team.
- Submitting payroll to our Finance Director and Accounting team
- Onboarding new team members with appropriate paperwork
- Having an understanding of USA hr requirements and paperwork
- tracking team vacation and off days
- supporting team members with any payroll questions
