We are seeking a motivated Sales Customer Service Coordinator to assist our growing Real Estate Team! You will be the first point of contact for our customers. You must have superior attention to details and the capability to multitask in a very fast-paced workspace. You will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources.

You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating and managing leads in our contact management database system.

Job Responsibilities:
* Process incoming calls
* Update CRM
* Follow a very specific set of instructions to process incoming calls

* Ability to read and write proficiently in English and Spanish
