We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Appointment Setter to manage and follow up with inbound leads for our fitness business, Limitless Theory. This is a crucial role focused on converting leads into booked calls through consistent engagement and qualification.
This is a part-time, remote position. The primary responsibilities include managing incoming leads generated from ads and social media, conducting follow-ups via SMS and email, qualifying prospects based on their goals, readiness, and fit for coaching or training, and directly booking appointments onto the calendar. The successful candidate will be working within Go High Level (GHL) to ensure no lead is missed and the pipeline remains organized.
Core Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to all new leads across SMS, email, and direct messages.
Consistently follow up with leads who have not yet booked a call.
Qualify prospects thoroughly based on predefined criteria (goals, readiness, fit).
Book qualified calls directly onto the client's calendar.
Maintain and update conversation records within GHL.
Keep the lead pipeline meticulously organized (tracking statuses like new, contacted, booked, no-show).
Strategically re-engage older leads when appropriate.
Provide support for simple SMS/email follow-up campaigns as needed.
Flag high-quality or urgent leads for priority attention.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in appointment setting, lead follow-up, or sales support roles.
Comfortable and proficient in using CRM systems; prior experience with Go High Level (GHL) is a significant advantage.
Excellent written communication skills, demonstrating clarity, a friendly tone, and confidence.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
Capable of adhering to established processes and maintaining consistency in follow-up efforts.
Responsive during designated working hours.
Experience working with fitness or coaching clients is preferred but not strictly required.
