We are looking for freelance recruiters based in the Caribbean islands of Antigua, The Bahamas, Barbados, the Dominican Republic, Belize, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, or Guyana to collaborate on an upcoming market research study.
Responsibilities:
• Recruit local participants who meet specific demographic and behavioral criteria (full details will be provided once interest is confirmed).
• Ensure that participants meet the requirements and attend the sessions as scheduled.
• Coordinate with the central project team and provide basic updates and documentation.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in recruiting for qualitative research studies (e.g., Focus groups, in-depth interviews, etc.).
• Fluent in English.
• Must currently reside in the specific island or country you are applying for—this is a mandatory requirement.
Compensation:
• Payment of $40 to $50 USD per qualified and accepted participant, depending on the profile.
• Each participant will receive a $60 USD incentive, which will be managed and paid by our team.
