We are seeking a highly skilled freelancer to assist with a critical market research project focused on Latin America. This project involves two main tasks:

Task 1 - Lead Research:
Build a comprehensive list of 100 targeted contacts on LinkedIn. For each contact, the following information is required: full name, job title, company name, country, LinkedIn profile URL, and email (if available). The profiles must meet specific criteria:
- Decision-makers (founders, CFOs, heads of operations, heads of compliance).
- Companies must be SMEs that import/export between Latin American countries, B2B marketplaces operating in LatAm, cross-border fintechs in LatAm, or freight forwarding companies operating in the region.
- Countries of focus: Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Brazil, Argentina.
Deliverable: A Google Sheets document with all 100 contacts, clearly organized by profile type.

Task 2 - LinkedIn Outreach:
Execute personalized connection requests and follow-up messages to the 100 identified contacts. All messages will be provided by us and must be sent exactly as written, with no improvisation. The freelancer will be responsible for tracking all responses and providing weekly updates in the Google Sheets document, indicating the status of each contact (sent, connected, replied, meeting scheduled).

Freelancer Requirements:
- Must possess a LinkedIn account in good standing.
- Proven experience with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation.
- Fluency in Spanish is essential for effective communication with contacts in the target region.

This is a market research outreach initiative, not a sales campaign. The goal is to gather insights and establish connections for research purposes.
