We are a fast-growing startup agency seeking to expand our network of trusted Meta Ads experts. We are looking for reliable partners to join our team for an upcoming client pipeline. While we are not hiring immediately, we are actively vetting specialists now to ensure we can confidently deploy you on real client projects in the near future. We are seeking a long-term freelance partner to grow with us as we scale and onboard new clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- End-to-end Meta Ads setup, including Lead Generation, Conversion, and Retargeting campaigns.
- Implementing clean campaign architecture, consistent naming conventions, and effective ad set segmentation.
- Full tracking setup, including Meta Pixel, Conversions api (capi), google tag manager (gtm), and google analytics 4 (ga4).
- Developing high-converting ad copy and providing creative direction for images and video hooks.
- Expertise in audience targeting, creating lookalike audiences, and optimizing lead forms.
- Providing comprehensive reporting on ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPL (Cost Per Lead), and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), with weekly and monthly performance updates.
- Developing scalable, white-label-friendly systems that can be replicated across multiple clients.
Experience with home services, contractors, or B2B local lead generation is strongly preferred. We are interested in understanding your pricing structure (flat setup fee, monthly retainer, or percentage of ad spend), estimated onboarding-to-launch timeline, and examples of your work (case studies or ad account screenshots showing spend, cpl, and roas). Please also detail the reporting tools you utilize (e.g., Looker Studio, live dashboards) and your experience with geo-targeting, Lead Gen versus Conversion objectives, Instant Forms versus landing page funnels, A/B testing, and ad compliance/account bans.
Bonus points for experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) integration via Webhooks/Zapier, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), advanced attribution models (e.g., Hyros, Triple Whale), multi-lingual campaigns (English, French, Spanish), or User-Generated Content (UGC)/video editing.
