We are looking for a highly proactive and committed bilingual Virtual Assistant to handle customer service responsibilities, primarily answering phone calls from our customers.

We are a family-run business with over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry. We specialize in automatic and manual transmission parts, as well as transfer cases. Based in Florida, we serve customers worldwide with top-quality parts and excellent customer service.

- Position: Virtual Assistant (Customer Support)
- Location: Remote (Latin America)
- Language Requirement: Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Time Zone: Eastern Time (Miami, New York)

Responsibilities:
✔ Answer and manage customer phone calls professionally.
✔ Provide product information and assist with inquiries.
✔ Process orders and follow up on customer requests.
✔ Maintain excellent customer relationships through proactive communication.

Requirements:
✅ Fluent English (both written and spoken).
✅ Previous experience in customer service or virtual assistance is a plus.
✅ Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
✅ Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
✅ Knowledge or interest in automotive transmission parts is a plus.
✅ Must have reliable internet, computer and headset.
✅ Must be able to perform all work via anydesk / remote control software.
