We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Executive Assistant / Client Relations Associate to provide comprehensive support to our CEO and manage client outreach. This hybrid role requires a sharp communicator with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to client pipeline management. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and be adept at blending high-level administrative tasks with effective client engagement and follow-through. This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
*  Provide calendar and operational support to the CEO.
*  Prepare for and lead discovery calls with potential clients.
*  Conduct client outreach and manage referral processes.
*  Perform pipeline follow-up and generate relevant reports.
*  Ensure accurate CRM and workflow management.

Requirements:
*  Minimum of 2 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Account Management, or Client Services roles.
*  Excellent command of the English language.
*  Proven mastery of calendar management.
*  Confident and articulate communication skills for client calls.
*  Familiarity with tools such as GoHighLevel (GHL), Trello, and strong CRM hygiene practices.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 am to 2 pm est.
