We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Virtual Project Administrator. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely on a full-time or part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Cantonese and have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual administrative support to our project management team.
- Assist in the preparation of project-related documents, including Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Health & Safety reports, progress reports, site takeover reports, completion reports, and handover reports.
- Help prepare presentation materials for KPI (Key Performance Indicator) reviews and performance meetings with clients.
- Collaborate with team members remotely to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain project documentation and files in an organized manner.

Requirements:
- Fluent in Cantonese and proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in document preparation.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
- Experience in the construction industry or familiarity with construction-related terminology is preferred.

Optional Skillset (preferred):
- AutoCAD: Proficiency in AutoCAD software for drafting and preparing project drawings.
- Microsoft Project: Experience in using Microsoft Project for project scheduling and tracking.
- Construction fit-out project costing (quantity surveying): Knowledge of construction cost estimation and quantity surveying principles.
