We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our design agency. This role is the bridge between our US-based clients and our internal design team in Brazil.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate projects and timelines across teams in the US and Brazil.
- Manage communication with clients, ensuring polished and professional written and spoken English.
- Facilitate meetings and presentations in English with confidence and clarity.
- Keep tasks and deliverables on track using Trello, Slack, and Monday.
- Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining excellent quality and organization.
Requirements:
- Fluent English and Portuguese (spoken and written, with polished business communication skills).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Client-facing experience: able to communicate with clarity, diplomacy, and professionalism.
- Comfortable leading calls, taking notes, and aligning next steps.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Slack, Monday).
- Agile, reliable, and detail-oriented.
