I am looking for an assistant working remotely. No need to be based in EEUU. The job description at the moment involves following up with clients and closing real estate deals that are in the United States.
Some of it can be cold calling but for the majority of it, we have a database of active listings that we are working with already. Actually is a base of clients list, people who are willing to sell their houses for many reasons, so is calling them, explain to them who you are and propose a fair price for their properties. Communicate with clients and agents, review contracts, research on requirement.
We work with CRM where all the information is there and need to be updated after every action made, example: lead, contracts signed and so on.
