We are a fast-growing digital platform working with online content creators. Our goal is to help creators grow their audience, manage their presence, and improve their monetization through subscription-based platforms. We are currently looking for a proactive and reliable person to help us recruit and manage creators. This is a long-term remote position with strong growth potential. Your Responsibilities: Identify potential creators on platforms such as X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, and others. Reach out to creators and follow up with interested profiles. Assist in onboarding new creators onto our platform. Maintain daily communication with creators via DMs and messaging apps. Track creator activity and update daily reports. Support basic account management and escalate issues when needed. Requirements: Strong written English or Spanish. Comfortable using social media platforms daily. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Fast learner with good communication skills. Reliable internet connection. Interest in the creator economy and digital marketing. Experience in social media outreach, virtual assistance, or customer support is a plus.
