Phaora, a us-based company, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven remote recruiter / onboarding specialist. This is a 100% commission-only, uncapped role with significant earning potential, tied directly to your success in recruiting and onboarding sales agents and closers, plus overrides on their production. Strong recruiters can realistically achieve an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $60,000 to $245,000 per year.
Responsibilities include:
* Sourcing, screening, and interviewing new cold-caller and closer agents.
* Conducting introductory calls and clearly explaining the commission structure to potential candidates.
* Onboarding new hires efficiently into our internal tools and systems.
* Tracking each agent's ramp-up phase and early performance to ensure successful integration.
* Developing and implementing a repeatable, scalable recruiting pipeline to support company growth.
Requirements:
* Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills.
* Prior experience in recruiting, human resources, or a team-lead role is strongly preferred.
* Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable conducting interviews.
* Access to reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional workspace.
* Comfortable and confident working within a commission-only compensation structure.
