Remote Text-Based Member Support Specialist for Youth Soccer Club

KidsUnited, an indoor youth soccer club focused on building confidence and capability in children, is seeking a highly organized, reliable remote team member. This role will support our front desk operations, primarily through text messaging with parents.

This position starts with a smaller commitment but is designed to grow significantly as new club locations open.

Time Commitment (Expected Growth):
* Initially: 1-3 hours per day supporting our first club.
* During new club launches / pre-sale periods: up to ~8 hours per day.
* As additional clubs open: 2-4 hours per day per location.
* There is a strong opportunity to grow with the company as we expand to multiple clubs.

Working Hours:
Work should be completed during the following windows (Eastern Time):
* Monday-Friday: 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
* saturday-sunday: 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm
the exact hours worked within these windows are flexible, as long as messages are responded to promptly and tasks are completed during these time periods.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Respond to text messages from parents in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
* Answer common questions about classes, schedules, memberships, and policies.
* Help families book trial classes and guide them through joining.
* Follow up with prospective members who have shown interest.
* Send reminders and important updates to parents.
* Keep simple records of conversations and updates in our CRM system.
* Flag issues or questions that require escalation to the club manager.

You will work directly with the owner and support the club staff, including the General Manager and front desk team. Over time, the goal is for you to become a trusted part of the team and build strong working relationships with the people operating the club day-to-day.

This role is primarily text-based communication (SMS and messaging platforms). Phone calls are rare and not a core part of the job.
