We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive and Lead Generation Specialist to expand our client base for an innovative voice-chat translation tool. This role involves actively identifying and engaging with target audiences, nurturing leads, closing sales, and managing customer accounts to ensure high renewal rates. The ideal candidate will also be instrumental in developing and expanding our affiliate/collaborator network.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Lead Generation:
Actively search for and connect with target audiences, including foreigners, entrepreneurs working with foreign clients (freelancers, sellers, office workers), frequent travelers/business travelers, language learners, and cross-border e-commerce sellers (Shopee, TikTok, Amazon, etc.).
Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, Alibaba, Upwork, Fiverr, etc., For outreach.
Nurture and maintain relationships with free-tier users to convert them into paid subscribers.

Consulting & Sales Closing:
Sell solutions that effectively address language barriers in international business.
Utilize a provided free account to demonstrate the voice-chat translation tool directly to prospects.
Consult with potential clients and successfully close sales for the product package ($179 USD/year).
Develop and expand the Affiliate/Collaborator (CTV) network.

Account Management & Customer Care:
Track the customer journey from data collection to demo and sales closure.
Provide comprehensive post-sales customer support to enhance customer satisfaction and increase subscription renewal rates.

Reporting & Performance Optimization:
Maintain and update customer data accurately on the CRM system.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, including conversion rates and personal/affiliate revenue, to optimize strategies.

Required Skills and Experience:
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Proven ability to build relationships and effectively leverage professional networks.
Experience in SaaS, Technology, or Personal Productivity Tools/Software is preferred.
Must possess a personal laptop.
Basic English proficiency is required.
