We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to expand our client base and drive conversions for our innovative voice-chat translation tool. This role involves actively identifying and engaging with target audiences, demonstrating our product, closing sales, and providing ongoing account management.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Lead Generation:
Actively search for and connect with diverse target audiences, including foreigners, entrepreneurs working with international clients (freelancers, sellers, office workers), frequent travelers, language learners, and cross-border e-commerce sellers (e.g., On Shopee, TikTok, Amazon).
Utilize various platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, and other relevant online communities to identify and engage prospects.
Nurture and maintain relationships with free-tier users to facilitate their conversion into paid subscribers.

Consulting & Sales Closing:
Present and sell solutions designed to overcome language barriers in international business.
Utilize a provided free account to demonstrate the voice-chat translation tool directly to potential prospects.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and successfully close sales for the product package ($179 USD/year).
Develop and expand our Affiliate/Collaborator (CTV) network to broaden market reach.

Account Management & Customer Care:
Track the customer journey from initial data collection through demo and sales closure.
Provide comprehensive post-sales customer support to ensure high satisfaction and increase subscription renewal rates.

Reporting & Performance Optimization:
Maintain and update customer data accurately within our CRM system.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, including conversion rates and personal/affiliate revenue, to optimize strategies.

Required Skills:
Strong communication and persuasion skills are essential.
Proven ability to build and leverage professional networks effectively.

Experience:
Previous experience in SaaS, Technology, or Personal Productivity Tools/Software is preferred.

Other Requirements:
Must possess a personal laptop.
Basic English proficiency is required.
