we are looking for an experienced systems integration specialist to design and implement a full integration between:
odoo (erp / inventory / warehouse)
highlevel (crm & automation)
woocommerce (e-commerce)
this is for a growing distribution company in the smoke industry based in miami (b2b + b2c operations).
šÆ Objective
Create a clean, scalable system architecture where:
Odoo is the single source of truth (inventory, warehouse, orders, invoicing).
HighLevel handles CRM, pipeline, and marketing automation.
WooCommerce processes online orders synced with Odoo.
š§ Scope of Work
The selected candidate will:
Design system architecture and data flow.
Connect WooCommerce ā Odoo:
Products
Stock levels
Orders
Customer sync
Connect HighLevel ā Odoo:
Accounts / Contacts
Opportunities ā Sales Orders
Order status updates back to CRM
Automate workflows:
āClosed Wonā ā Order creation in Odoo
Shipment confirmation ā Update in HighLevel
Ensure:
No duplicate data
No stock manipulation outside Odoo
Clean reporting structure

Strong experience with Odoo API
Experience integrating WooCommerce with ERP systems
HighLevel automation knowledge
Webhooks / REST API / middleware
Data architecture design
Understanding of inventory logic and warehouse workflows
Bonus:
Experience in B2B distribution businesses
Experience with multi-warehouse operations
