We are a fast-growing US solar appointment setting company seeking highly motivated and coachable individuals to join our remote team. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop real sales skills through daily coaching and grow with us as we expand across multiple US states. As a Solar Appointment Setter, you will handle warm callbacks from homeowners who have expressed interest in solar energy. Your primary responsibilities include qualifying these leads using our established criteria and booking appointments directly into our closer's calendar. You will also be responsible for accurately logging all activity in our CRM system and participating in daily team check-ins to ensure alignment and continuous improvement. We are looking for candidates who possess a strong growth mindset, are eager to apply feedback immediately, and are committed to daily improvement. Previous outbound calling or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) experience is preferred. Essential requirements include fluent English with a clear, neutral accent, a stable internet connection (25+ Mbps), a quiet dedicated workspace, and a working headset. Availability is required Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern Time.
