The ideal candidate has excellent English/Spanish speaking and writing skills, provides a premium level of customer service, is self-motivated, and has amazing conversational skills.

Job Description:

The Customer Support role will consist of following up with existing customers via text/email/phone to ensure satisfaction and answer questions, managing DM’s/emails with customer issues, and also receiving inbound calls regarding customer support.

This person will also do light editing work using Canva and work on a variety of customer service-related/social media tasks.

Wage: $4.50/hr+ DOE
Guaranteed Salary Increase at 90 days and Health Insurance at 6 months
Hours: Full time
Shift (EST): Sunday - Thursday 10a-6p


Requirements:

Excellent Attendance (non-negotiable requirement)

Must speak and write Spanish

Graphic Design: Canva Experience

Customer Service experience

Social Media experience

Speaks & writes English and Spanish with proper grammar

Stable internet connection & reliable computer with a functioning headset, and multiple monitors.

Low frequency of power outages

Ability to learn & adapt quickly to company changes

High energy, a positive mindset, and a hard work ethic
