Cleanzen is a tech-driven cleaning service based in Boston, MA. We are growing quickly and bringing on a Virtual Assistant to help sustain company growth. We are looking for someone that has great sales skills, customer service skills, live availability (have to reply within 5 minutes), is a fast learner, and can commit to working with a company long-term. The first month will be a trial. We will test your abilities, and once the trial period is up, you will grow with the company. We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to help 40 hours per week 8AM-5pm est us time monday to friday. Handling sales and customer inquiries. Take all inbound calls, transfer to me only when necessary - Customer Service: Responding to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally. Use the H.E.A.R.D method when dealing with customers. Future Responsibilities: - Operations: Managing cleaning teams, being an intermediary between our teams and customers, managing our schedules. - Hiring: Help with onboarding, and vetting potential cleaning teams.
