Hi, we are FQN CommUnity Network, a social-profit community organization looking for help to transform the world. 
All workers are required to speak fluent professional English, and work collaboratively as a team during real-time scheduled sessions.
The Position is required to be able to work directly with the CEO, Executive Committee, and the HR Board in a beneficial capacity to follow through on top priorities including finances, taxes, recruitment, budget, payroll and management.
Doing Real-Time Viritual Assistnat Sessions is required from all team members during Americas time, so we need someonewho can cooridnate worker scheudles, and schedule a minimum of 2 Viritual Assistant Sessions per week. Otherwise we look for someone else to do the job.
Additionally we are focusing on our new world recruitment during daylight hours in the Americas.
In the short term our primary work is operational, accounting, and financial support to just build a functional organization.

We are looking to hire a new Deputy that is responsible to oversee our Executive Viritual Assistant Schedule.
We also have other positions availble including Operations, Treasure Support, Recruitment, Taxes, Payroll & Budget, Volunteers, and Decision Makers.
We are an OPEN organization, and we allow anyone to join our organization as long as they are not getting upfront pay. Therefore sometimes people join that can be difficult to deal with.
When that happens it is important to stick together. As an Open organization, we are a mini version of the world. If there are 10 workers, and 8 of them leave because of a bully, then the bully wins.
The world is the way it is because people don't stick together and don't support eachother when bullies are around. WE have policies and conduct codes to ensure that no bully can win, but it takes effort from everyone to make sure the policies are followed and we address the issues one at a time. Just be paitent if we get into a contention and don't take it personally.
We are doing good work and we just need people to step up and help us launch and get our programs and income stablized. We are here to help people around the world.

We are hiring full time workers, part time, as well as substitutes. Substitute workers will be guaranteed 1 week of work per month, and then can get more hours when full time workers take leave or don't show up.

Paid sick leave, paid vacation leave, etc… FQN will cover your internet reimbursement depending on your involvement with the organization. ----- Responsibilities --- If you want to apply for this job, please send us a direct message. Before you are approved to be paid, you will have to fill out our Intake Form, you will have to complete a Public Online Personnel Profile (POPP), and attend an Interview session. We will want to ensure your POPP is reviewed and verified before you will get proposed as a Temporary Hire. Then approved workers will start in a paid trial period for training and will get all hours paid including communications, emails, real-time sessions, and online messaging. We also cover all fees and taxes to ensure our workers receive the amount agreed to, as well as other worker benefits and equity ownership in the worker organization. If you are not chosen to be part of our active workers budget, you can still be considered for our backup budget, where you get approved in the budget, but do not get approved for hours. Backup workers can be chosen to be activated any day, so if you are chosen to be a backup worker, you could be called up to start working at any moment. To get started just communicate on workana. If you have a chance to be approved we will let you know, we don't want to waist anyone's time. Then you will set up a temporary proposal which will get proposed to the team. Once passed, then you can come finish the recruitment process external to workana, and get paid for that time. If you are approved you will continue to work. If not approved in the budget you will still get paid for the time you spent external to workana.
