We are seeking a highly skilled Verint v15 administrator to provide level 3 technical support with a Service Level Objective (SLO) of 48 hours. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of Verint v15 and have hands-on experience installing and configuring the platform.

Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Verint v15 Install and configure Verint v15 Manage and renew SSL certificates Required Skills & Qualifications: In-depth knowledge of Verint v15 Experience installing and configuring Verint v15 Knowledge of SSL certificates and experience in renewing them Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and customer service skills SLO: Respond to technical support requests within 48 hours.
