We are looking for a friendly and welcoming Assistant to join our growing real estate company. You will be responsible for answering phones and emails, entering information into our database, organizing files in our server, CRM, and maintaining constant communication with the employees and agents of the company. Customer service support is very important. You will also monitor the inventory of office supplies, order services, create invoices and upload documents in our CRM, Docusign, Google drive among other clerical duties.  We prefer candidates who have some experience in an administrative role, but we are willing to train the right person.
We are located in Puerto Rico, our main language is Spanish but English is necessary to assist our English speaker's clients. Are you interested in this position? Are you available for an interview?
