Virtual Assistant needed to call warm leads and set appointments

RT Construction is seeking a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team part-time. Your primary responsibility will be to promptly call and follow up with potential customers who have requested information about our products and services. This is a fast-paced role that requires immediate response during active marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
    •    Call inbound leads immediately after they request information
    •    Answer basic questions and schedule follow-ups or appointments as needed
    •    Communicate clearly and professionally on behalf of RT Construction
    •    Coordinate with our team to ensure campaign hours align with your availability

Requirements:
    •    Exceptional English communication skills with little to no noticeable accent
    •    Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly
    •    Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
    •    Availability during marketing campaign windows (we can schedule campaigns to fit your hours)
    •    Experience with customer service, sales, or call center work is a plus
