Description:
We are a U.S.-Based service company seeking a friendly and persuasive Virtual Assistant to handle inbound and outbound customer calls and follow up with new leads by phone along with other admin tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Call new leads immediately after they submit online forms.
- Answer inbound calls from Google LSA and customer inquiries.
- Follow scripts/FAQ documents (training provided with Loom videos).
- Convert inquiries into booked appointments (commission on each conversion).
- Track calls and update notes in CRM/Booking system.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English with clear, neutral accent.
- Strong phone presence — warm, confident, persuasive.
- Call center or sales experience preferred.
- Reliable internet (10 Mbps+), noise-canceling headset, quiet workspace.
- Must be available 8AM–4PM EST, Monday–Friday.
