We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Virtual Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients in a virtual healthcare setting.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive virtual administrative support to healthcare professionals.
Assist with patient scheduling, including virtual appointments and follow-ups.
Manage and maintain electronic health records (EHR) accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
Respond to patient inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
Adhere to patient privacy and confidentiality regulations at all times.
Stay up to date with medical advancements and procedures to provide informed support.
Payment USD $5 per hour

Contexto Geral do Projeto

Requirements: Bilingual en-span proven experience as a medical assistant or similar role in call center proficiency in using virtual communication tools excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a remote team.
