We run Meta ads for outdoor living contractors across the U.S. Think pergolas, pools, turf, pavers, outdoor kitchens. Our job is to generate leads. Our setters book appointments. The contractors close deals.
We get paid per appointment.
If ads perform, clients stay and scale.
If they don’t… they leave.
That’s why this role matters so much.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be managing around 15–25 ad accounts on your own.
No micromanaging. No hand holding. You’re trusted to own the results.
Here’s what that actually looks like:
Building, testing, and optimizing campaigns
Deciding what to scale, what to tweak, and what to shut off
Writing creative briefs and guiding our video editor
Reviewing ads and choosing what goes live
Tracking cost per lead and cost per booked appointment (not just vanity metrics)
Improving landing pages and lead forms inside GHL (don’t worry if you haven’t used it yet)
If something isn’t working, you figure out why and fix it.
Who This Is For
This is for someone who has actually run Meta ads for local service businesses.
You:
Understand targeting beyond surface level
Know when to use lead forms vs landing pages
Don’t rely on CPL alone to judge performance
Can open an ad account and quickly spot what’s off
Don’t need constant direction to get results
Who This Is NOT For
Let’s be real:
If you just finished a course and haven’t managed real accounts yet → this isn’t for you
If your experience is boosting posts → not a fit
If you need approval for every decision → you’ll struggle here

$1,500–$2,000/month depending on experience
