We are seeking a highly motivated, efficient, and detail-oriented Airbnb Online Assistant to remotely manage our Airbnb listings and significantly enhance the overall guest experience. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the Airbnb platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Airbnb listings, including updating calendars, adjusting pricing strategies, and ensuring accurate availability.
- Handle all guest communications promptly and professionally, from initial inquiries and booking requests to check-in/check-out instructions and post-stay follow-ups.
- Provide comprehensive support to guests, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues that may arise during their stay.
- Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure properties are always in pristine condition for incoming guests.
- Research and provide local recommendations and personalized tips to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Monitor listing performance and suggest improvements to increase visibility, booking rates, and positive reviews.
Required Skills and Attributes:
- Proven experience in administrative support or virtual assistant roles, preferably with Airbnb or similar short-term rental platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proactive problem-solver with a guest-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote environment.
This is an ongoing hourly position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a growing hospitality business.
