Hello,

My name is Armando and I am looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our team and help answering phone calls, chats, emails & data entry in English and Spanish. Our business is based in the auto parts industry and we have a large internet presence in this area.

We are looking for someone who is a quick learner and self-starter and is comfortable in working as a team to complete the daily tasks. We are easy to work with and love questions, the most questions you ask us, the better. We hope and expect you to ask us lots of questions.



Here are some things to consider:

- Must have a strong internet connection, computer & headset with microphone.
- Chats, Emails & Phone Calls will be answered in English or Spanish accordingly.
- Must be able to perform all the tasks through AnyDesk.


- 20 hours a week. Schedule to be determined.
- Job will be part time with a 3 week trial period.



We will be working together for a day so we may evaluate if we want to work together. (This day will be paid)

If you have past experience working as a Virtual Assistant that is a plus, or auto parts knowledge is also considerated. No experience is required.

However, someone willing to learn and help each other as a team to complete the tasks is what we are looking for :)
