Responsibilities: Write, structure, and format detailed documents based on provided guidelines and requirements. Design intuitive and visually appealing document templates, incorporating features like hyperlinks, embedded videos, and images. Research and integrate best practices into the design and content of documents. Review and proofread documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper grammar. Take initiative in improving document processes and suggesting creative solutions. Provide general business support, including email communication, document management, and occasional project coordination. Work independently while maintaining regular communication with the team and proactively asking relevant questions. Requirements: Proficiency in English (spoken, written, and comprehension)—strong writing and communication skills are essential. Resourceful, teachable, and capable of working without close supervision. A “can-do” attitude with a proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving. Experience in writing, formatting, and designing business documents (experience with SOPs, training manuals, or process documentation is a plus). Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Adobe Acrobat, or similar tools for document creation and design. Ability to think critically, ask the right questions, and provide solutions. Willingness to think creatively and suggest new approaches or improvements to processes. Preferred Skills: Experience with document-specific tools or software. Familiarity with industries such as construction, logistics, or operations. What We Offer: Flexible working hours.
