We are looking for a remote B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Latin America to support our outbound sales efforts in the hospitality industry. This role focuses on lead generation, outreach, and CRM management.

You will research and identify qualified prospects (restaurant groups, hotels, coffee shops), initiate contact through email and LinkedIn, and coordinate with our U.S.-Based sales team to hand off warm leads. You’ll also support ongoing CRM data entry, tagging, and reporting — helping keep our sales pipeline clean and actionable.

Familiarity with the restaurant/hospitality supply chain is a major plus. Strong written English and Spanish are required.

Project overview

Our company supplies branded and stock products to restaurants, bakeries, and boutique hotels in Southern California. We also offer custom print services for cups, bags, and other packaging. We operate in a niche space and work directly with procurement directors, chefs, and GMs. We are building a small remote team to support our outbound sales efforts. You’ll work closely with our U.S. Sales manager and account team. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B outreach, understands sales funnels, and is comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Airtable, and Google Sheets. Training and clear SOPs will be provided. This is a long-term role, starting part-time with potential to grow.
