Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic bilingual (English/Spanish) assistant to support us 5–10 hours per week. This role is a hybrid of operations and brand-facing work: you’ll help run our internal systems, prepare bilingual LinkedIn posts and client-facing documents, and lightly supervise interns/contractors.

Responsibilities:
    •    Operations
    •    Maintain Innoveto’s Notion Hub (SOPs, onboarding docs, checklists).
    •    Manage Zoho Projects tasks + notifications in Cliq.
    •    Organize files and deliverables in Google Drive.
    •    Brand & Client Support
    •    Draft and polish LinkedIn posts (English + Spanish).
    •    Prepare client-facing documents (presentations, one-pagers).
    •    Support website content updates (with web designer).
    •    QA bilingual content.
    •    Intern/Contractor Coordination
    •    Help onboard interns and contractors (Zoho/Notion setup).
    •    Assign simple tasks and track progress in Zoho.



Requirements:
    •    Bilingual: Fluent English + Spanish (written and spoken).
    •    Polished writer in both languages (LinkedIn posts, documents).
    •    Tech-comfortable: Zoho, Notion, Google Drive, Canva (or quick learner).
    •    Organized, proactive, detail-oriented.
    •    Professional presence (can represent Innoveto externally).
    •    Bonus: Experience with Zapier, ManyChat, WordPress.



Details:
    •    Remote (Latin America preferred).
    •    Part-time: 5–10 hours per week (flexible).
    •    Compensation: $10–25 USD/hour, depending on experience.
    •    Contract type: Hourly, with growth potential into Operations or Client Success.
