I am looking for a smart bilingual personal assistant from Latin America, preferably Colombia or Venezuela, for ongoing help with social media, AI tools, research, content preparation, and daily operational support.

Main responsibilities:
* Research people, companies, competitors, communities, and market opportunities.
* Prepare short summaries, content ideas, social media posts, and outreach drafts.
* Support LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, and other social media workflows.
* Organize information, leads, schedules, and follow-ups in Google Sheets / Docs.
* Use AI tools to speed up research, writing, translation, summarization, and content production.
* Turn rough ideas into posts, messages, briefs, and simple offer drafts.
* Ask good questions, improve messy tasks, and think independently instead of only following instructions.

Required skills:
* Native or excellent Spanish.
* Strong written English.
* Comfortable with ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Canva, Google Workspace, Notion, spreadsheets, and social media platforms.
* Organized, reliable, discreet, proactive, and comfortable with fast-changing tasks.

Nice to have:
* Experience with marketing, personal branding, startups, fintech, consulting, business development, or compliance-sensitive communication.
* Colombia or Venezuela timezone / location is preferred, but I am open to strong candidates from Latin America.
