We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Bilingual Phone Support and Office Admin Assistant. The successful candidate must be fluent in Spanish, with excellent English language skills, and easy to understand. Clear communication and understanding are crucial for this position.
Provide phone support to Spanish and English-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Perform general office administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scheduling appointments, and managing documentation.
Maintain accurate records and update databases as required.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
Follow company policies and procedures while adhering to strict confidentiality guidelines.
Fluent in Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong command of English, ensuring easy understanding by English-speaking customers.
Previous experience in phone support and office administration is preferred but not mandatory.
Proficient in using various computer applications and software.
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
The pay is $8 per hour. Compensation will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
