Key Responsibilities:
Real Estate & Transaction Coordination
Manage real estate transactions from contract to close
Prepare and send necessary documents for signatures (using DocuSign or similar)
Coordinate with buyers, sellers, title companies, lenders, and inspectors
Track deadlines and ensure all contractual obligations are met
Maintain organized transaction records in CRM
Social Media Management
Create, schedule, and post engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
Develop branding materials and marketing graphics using Canva or similar tools
Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages
Analyze social media insights and suggest growth strategies
Help build and manage email marketing campaigns
Virtual Assistant Tasks
Manage calendar, schedule appointments, and send reminders
Organize and maintain digital files
Conduct market research and gather property data
Assist with lead generation and CRM updates
Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate support, preferably as a transaction coordinator or VA
Knowledge of real estate platforms (MLS, Dotloop, Skyslope, etc.)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Social media savvy with experience in content creation
Proficient in tools like Canva, Trello, Google Workspace, and CRM systems
Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Nice to Have:
Experience working with US-based real estate teams
Knowledge of real estate laws/processes in the U.S.
Basic video editing or Reels creation skills
