We are a dental practice seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Bilingual Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. This long-term role involves managing our daily patient schedule, handling communications, and ensuring efficient appointment flow. The ideal candidate will be a key point of contact for our Spanish-speaking patients and will contribute to the overall success and growth of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:
* Confirm appointments two days in advance; send final-attempt text messages if no response is received.
* Respond promptly to all unanswered text messages from patients.
* Answer inbound calls professionally and efficiently.
* Ensure the schedule for the next two days is accurately booked and optimized for production goals.
* Utilize practice management system lists to fill any open slots in both doctor and hygiene schedules.
* Remove unconfirmed appointments by 12 PM daily and send appropriate "removed from schedule" notifications.
* Collect deposits for scheduled appointments as required.
* Make reactivation and follow-up calls according to the practice's schedule.
* Follow up on insurance-related messages and inquiries via Slack.
* Report any scheduling discrepancies or issues to the Scheduling Manager.
* Post on and engage with our social media pages to maintain an active online presence.

Requirements:
* Fluency in both English and Spanish, written and spoken, is essential.
* Previous customer service experience in a healthcare setting (dental, medical, or related field) is required.
* Must possess a reliable computer or laptop with a functional camera for virtual meetings.
* A headset is required for communication.
* Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.
* A wired ethernet connection is mandatory, as our cloud-based phone system requires it for optimal call quality.
* Ability to consistently work the following schedule in EST:
  * Monday: 11 am – 8 pm
  * tuesday – friday: 8 am – 6 pm
  * saturday: 8 am – 1 pm
