We are a busy bilingual household based in the U.S. Working in real estate and construction. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented bilingual virtual assistant to help us stay on top of our daily workload and personal responsibilities. You'll be supporting a mix of office operations, household tasks, and construction project coordination.

Language Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken, written, and reading)
- One member of the household communicates only in English
- The other is a native Spanish speaker with intermediate English
- Professionally, about 70% of your work will be in English and 30% in Spanish
- Most legal and business documents are in English
- Marketing is done in both languages, and some client communication comes in Spanish and English
- Household support will be 100% English for one person and 50/50 Spanish-English for the other
- Construction-related tasks are mostly in English with occasional Spanish

What You'll Be Doing
Office Operations:
- Creating and maintaining client/data lists
- Formatting data into PDFs or Word docs for mailing labels and marketing letters
- Sending out a prepared monthly email newsletter using our system
- Ordering installation/removal of For Sale signs
- Scheduling inspections (Home Energy Score, sewer, radon, soil samples, etc.)
- Coordinating property photography and uploading photos to MLS
- Inputting listings into MLS
- Opening escrow with title companies
- Sending documents via DigiSign for signature
- Typing addendums and other simple agreements
- Setting up and managing transactions in SkySlope
- Coordinating bids with contractors
- Creating 1-day codes for property access
- Editing and organizing PDFs (merging, deleting, converting files)
- Syncing lockboxes to MLS listings
- Tracking and ordering office supplies
- Various other office-related tasks as needed

Household & Personal Assistant Tasks:
- Researching and booking travel (hotels, Airbnbs, car rentals, dinner reservations)
- Offering travel options with price/date flexibility
- Coordinating errands and service appointments
- Arranging dry cleaning pick-up/drop-off
- Grocery ordering via delivery or pickup (based on a provided store/product list)
- Various other household-related tasks as needed

Construction Project Support:
- Typing scopes of work for remodeling projects
- Drafting basic contracts for contractors
- Accessing court websites (probate, eviction, foreclosure, criminal cases) to gather leads
- Creating calling lists and drive-by lists
- Coordinating utility start/stop services at properties
- Various other construction-related tasks as needed

What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Strong verbal and written communication in both English and Spanish
- Stable, high-speed internet connection
- A quiet, dedicated workspace
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Great general computer skills and web navigation
- Professional phone presence (no sales or cold calls)
- Comfortable with data entry and online research
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities
- Ability to manage and coordinate third-party services or projects when needed
