Bilingual Virtual Assistant – Outreach & Ai Training Support (Based in Medellín or Colombia)

We are prism ai consultants, a u.S.-Based AI implementation firm led by Dr. Jeff Bullock. We're hiring a bilingual virtual assistant (Spanish/English) located in Colombia, preferably Medellín, to support outreach and educational initiatives focused on the Latinx community.

Responsibilities include:

Research and secure speaking engagements for Dr. Jeff in:
Medellín (for December 2025)
Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania (Latino organizations)
Manage communications with event organizers
Provide admin support, follow-ups, and CRM entries
Help manage social media posts and messages
Eventually be trained to assist in Spanish-language AI trainings
Ideal Candidate:

Based in Medellín or Colombia
Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English
Strong research and follow-up skills
Eager to learn and grow with a global team
Tech-savvy and open to training on AI tools
Pay Structure:

Starting at $3.50/hour USD
Increases by $0.50/hour every 100 hours
Capped at $5.00/hour
Bonuses for successfully booked speaking engagements
Time Commitment:

~15–20 hours/week to start
Flexible hours, must overlap some with U.S. Eastern Time (PA)
