We are a growing insurance agency seeking a dedicated, long-term Virtual Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional who is fluent in both English and Spanish, skilled in social media management and video editing, and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role offers stable, meaningful work and is open to full-time or part-time candidates, with a flexible schedule to be structured for the right person, ideally aligned with U.S. Hours (9:00 am – 5:00 pm arizona / mountain time). Key Responsibilities: Social Media & Marketing: Manage and expand our presence across various social platforms. Create engaging posts, stories, and reels to foster community connection and growth. YouTube Content: Edit and refine YouTube videos from raw footage. This includes crafting compelling thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and implementing basic SEO strategies to enhance channel visibility. Customer Service: Serve as the primary, friendly point of contact for our agency. Responsibilities include responding to client emails, messages, and comments in both English and Spanish, assisting with general inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing follow-ups. General Administration: Provide support for daily operational tasks, such as updating CRM records, performing data entry, and generating light reports. Ideal Candidate Profile: Bilingual Proficiency: Professional fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish is essential. Social Media Expertise: A strong understanding of effective strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Video Editing Capability: Proven experience in editing video content for platforms such as YouTube, Reels, and TikTok. Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve is highly valued. Organizational Skills: Highly organized, responsive, and reliable, with a proven ability to meet deadlines independently. Customer Focus: Patient, professional, and genuinely enjoys assisting clients. Availability: Must be available to work during U.S. Business hours, specifically 9:00 am – 5:00 pm arizona time (mountain standard time).
