Cold Caller – Real Estate Lead Generator (English Speaking)

We’re hiring a serious cold caller to help grow our international real estate agency.

You must be confident on the phone, speak clear English, and be able to close warm leads or get Form 6s signed. You’ll be calling property owners in Australia from lists we provide (numbers, names, property info).

Your Job:
    •    Call 80–150 property owners per day
    •    Speak confidently and professionally in English
    •    Qualify the seller and explain why they should list with our agency
    •    Book appointments or send Form 6s to close the listing
    •    Follow up leads daily using our CRM or Google Sheet
    •    Report back with results and notes each day

Must-Have Skills:
    •    Strong spoken English (clear and confident)
    •    Previous cold calling or real estate phone sales experience
    •    Professional attitude + quick learner
    •    Reliable internet + quiet work environment
    •    Comfortable using Google Sheets or CRMs
    •    Able to follow a script but also think for yourself when needed

    •    Real estate experience (Form 6 knowledge is a plus)
    •    Experience with Australian sellers
    •    High closing ratio or strong warm lead conversion history
    •    Can also help train other team members over time
