Creative & Strategic Marketing Manager for Aesthetic Clinic

We are BeautyChic, a boutique aesthetic clinic in Zurich specializing in micropigmentation, high-end facial treatments, and professional makeup. We are seeking a creative, organized, and strategic Marketing Manager to join our team and help us achieve significant growth.

This role involves working closely with our existing marketing team, which handles visual content creation. Your primary focus will be on reviewing and enhancing their content, developing innovative promotional campaigns and strategies, and providing strategic input to increase client acquisition and visibility. You will also assist with administrative tasks, coordination, and planning, especially during periods when the founder is unavailable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and improve existing marketing content.
- Develop and implement creative promotional campaigns and strategies.
- Contribute new ideas for marketing initiatives.
- Support the founder in achieving the financial goal of 15,000 CHF/month.
- Propose practical and creative solutions for business growth.
- Organize monthly campaigns and themed promotions (e.g., Weddings, summer, corporate events).
- Provide occasional support with design or execution tasks as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks, idea coordination, and planning.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Highly creative with a strong strategic business mindset.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and campaign development.
- Ability to work effectively with external teams and provide constructive feedback.
- Fluent in Spanish or English.
- Familiarity with social media tools and platforms.
