We are looking for a reliable and professional Customer Service Agent to assist us with verifying the identity of job applicants via Zoom before they are scheduled for interviews with our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct short Zoom calls with applicants to visually verify their identity using official ID documents.

Confirm key applicant details and check for consistency with submitted documents.

Maintain accurate records of completed verifications.

Communicate with our internal team if any red flags or issues arise.

Ensure a professional, friendly, and respectful interaction with every applicant.

Requirements:

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).

A quiet and professional remote working environment.

Reliable internet connection and access to Zoom.

Previous customer service or recruitment support experience preferred.

High attention to detail and confidentiality
