Customer Service Manager (Remote | English-Speaking | USA-based Company)

Max Electric LLC is a fast-growing electrical services company based in San Francisco, California. We provide residential electrical solutions with a focus on quality, reliability, and great customer support.

As our company expands, we’re looking for talented Customer Service Managers to join our remote team and become the voice of Max Electric.

Key Responsibilities:
    •    Handle incoming calls and messages in English (no cold calls)
    •    Consult customers and process their service requests
    •    Coordinate daily schedules for technicians
    •    Communicate with team members and track job progress
    •    Ensure excellent customer service and timely responses


Requirements:
    •    English level B2 or higher — spoken fluency required
    •    Reliable computer/laptop, stable internet, headset with mic
    •    Excellent communication and multitasking skills
    •    High level of responsibility and attention to detail
    •    Ability to stay calm under pressure


Nice to Have:
    •    Technical or engineering education
    •    Experience in customer support, dispatch, or remote office roles

Working Hours (California Time – UTC -7):

Morning shift: 08:00–16:00 (Moscow time: 19:00–03:00)
Evening shift: 13:00–21:00 (Moscow time: 23:00–07:00)
