Background
Uptown Cleaning is a residential cleaning company based in Dallas, Texas. The company started over 16 years ago and has seen growth in recent years. Our management team wants to make the company more professional so that we can have an incredible team and provide quality service to our customers.

Role Summary:
We're seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Customer Service & Operations Support Representative who will handle customer service inquiries, manage administrative tasks, and support our growing team in delivering excellent service across residential and commercial operations. The role may start as part-time (~20 hours per week, in the afternoon), with the opportunity to expand into increased hours.

Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish Strong phone communication skills and professional phone etiquette Maintain a calm, helpful, and friendly tone—especially when dealing with clients or last-minute changes. Represent the company’s values of professionalism, reliability, and respect. Proven experience in a customer-facing role (cleaning or field service industry a strong plus) Ability to work CST hours Strong organizational and time management skills Tech-savvy with CRM and scheduling tools (e.g., Jobber, Launch27, ZenMaid, or similar) Experience developing graphic-based marketing collateral (e.g. Canva) Self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment Strong sense of judgment and discretion Comfortable solving problems on the spot and handling emotionally sensitive interactions Fast and reliable internet access, with a back-up plan Able to take instructions well Preferred Experience: Experience working in a team setting in a US-based time zone Familiarity with U.S.-Based service businesses Experience documenting issues and follow-ups for internal clarity Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
