Your main job will be to manage incoming player transactions—think data entry, making sure things line up, and confirming everything goes smoothly on the crypto side. Over time, we’ll also train you to handle live chat inquiries. You’ll become the go-to person for our customers when they have questions or need help troubleshooting. It’s a great opportunity to learn the ropes of the crypto gaming world while honing your customer service skills.
