We are seeking experienced developers to build a comprehensive cloud-based digital signage system, named Ivaa Display (AdSync). This system will enable businesses to manage and display dynamic content across multiple screens in real time.
Core Components
Master Dashboard (Admin) – Web-based central control panel:
Shop Management: Add, edit, and remove client shops.
Content Moderation: Approve/reject content uploads from shop owners.
Playlist Creation: Build and schedule content playlists.
Screen Monitoring: Real-time screen status (online/offline), live content preview, and system logs.
Billing & Invoicing: Manage subscriptions, generate invoices, track payments.
Automated Reminders: Send email reminders for payments (1st, 5th, 12th, 19th).
Account Suspension: Suspend accounts automatically if overdue.
Owner Dashboard (Shops – Web, Mobile-Responsive) – For shop owners:
Content Uploads: Photos, videos, PDFs, Excel files.
Flexible Upload Tiers: 1 free upload per month, extra uploads via payment.
Subscription Management: Pay monthly via Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, GoCardless.
Invoice Access: View, download, and print invoices (auto PDF + email).
Submission Tracking: Track approval/publishing status.
Android Player App – Runs on Android boxes connected to shop displays:
Playlist Playback: Play approved content playlists.
Heartbeat Updates: Report screen status to Master Dashboard.
Offline Mode: Cache playlists for uninterrupted playback.
Multi-Screen Support – One shop login controls multiple displays:
Assign content to all screens or specific screens (e.g., Window, till, aisle).
