I am seeking a professional and trustworthy Dubai-based Virtual Assistant who can handle tasks related to investor relations, including visiting investor offices in person, delivering printed pitch decks, explaining the core ideas of two ventures (Zora Tech and Zodinos), and communicating updates on my behalf.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

Visit investor offices physically in Dubai (like Seed Group, Bidayat, etc.)

Explain the founder’s current funding situation (waiting on ₹70 crore/$8.5M)

Handle all follow-ups and maintain professionalism

Respond on behalf of the founder (upon direction)

Use WhatsApp/email for updates and communications

Handle sensitive business data with confidentiality


💰 Important Note: Payment will be made after investment is secured. If you agree to work on this performance-based structure, you will be paid well post-deal.

Project overview

I am the founder of Zora Tech (luxury fintech ecosystem) and Zodinos (ultra-luxury fashion brand). I’m currently raising ₹70 crore for Zora Tech. Both ventures are based in Zurich/Dubai. I need someone to represent me locally in Dubai because I am operating remotely from India. This assistant will play a critical role in handling on-ground interactions with investment firms, ensuring timely communication, and helping build strong early-stage relationships.
