A note on this opportunity
this role starts at 10–15 hours per week — intentionally, not as a limitation. As trust is established and the business scales, hours and responsibilities will increase. For the right person, this is a path to a full-time role at the center of a growing digital agency. If you're looking for a few hours of work, this isn't the right fit. responsibilities
email & communication: own the ceo's inbox, triage priorities, draft and send correspondence, and communicate with clients and partners on his behalf.
Bookkeeper Liaison: Own the bookkeeper relationship. Retrieve, organize, and submit transaction records monthly. The CEO should never receive a chasing email from the bookkeeper again.
Support & CRM: Manage incoming support tickets in Zoho Desk and maintain client records in Zoho CRM.
Calendar & Scheduling: Own the CEO's calendar, schedule proactively, and resolve conflicts before they become problems.
Client Coordination: Support onboarding, check-ins, and follow-ups. Maintain a warm, professional presence on behalf of Essential.
Project Management: Manage tasks in Zoho Projects, keep projects organized, and flag items needing CEO attention.
Research & Reporting: Research tools, vendors, and topics as needed. Summarize clearly so the CEO can decide fast.
Personal Admin: Book appointments, travel, and errands. Free up mental bandwidth.

Comfortable learning new tools — we run on Zoho One. Treats this role like it's theirs to build — because it is.
REQUIREMENTS
• 2+ years supporting an executive or senior leader
• Exceptional written and spoken English
• Reliable internet and professional remote setup
• Atlantic business hours availability or meaningful overlap
• Willingness to learn Zoho One (Projects, Books, Desk, crm, and more)
