We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to manage Airbnb guest interactions and coordinate cleaning services for our properties. The primary responsibilities include ensuring a seamless guest experience from inquiry to check-out and maintaining efficient property turnovers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promptly respond to all guest inquiries, booking requests, and general questions before, during, and after their stays.
* Provide clear and concise check-in and check-out instructions, including access details and house rules.
* Address any guest concerns or issues that may arise during their stay, providing timely and effective solutions.
* Coordinate and schedule cleaning services with our cleaning team, ensuring properties are prepared and ready for new guests on time.
* Communicate specific cleaning requirements or special requests to the cleaning staff.
* Monitor property status and ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are consistently met.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience with Airbnb platform management and property coordination is a plus.
